What do I do If I am having trouble submitting the online form?
Make sure All the required Form Fields are Filed.
Make Sure the Video File Section contains a Video file. If you upload a photo where the video is supposed to be. There will be an Error when you click Submit.
If You follow Step 1 and 2 and there is still an Error then Proceed to Step 4.
